My favorite white wine at the moment ist the TOUR SAINT MARTIN 2006 from the Château de la Vieille in Bordeaux. The recommendation you can find here with this dinner:The appetizer is SALMON „MON AMOUR“. As a main course we serve CORN-FED POULARDE WIH ROSEMARY. We finish our dinner with a traditional TARTE AU CITRON.
